BRICK JOINING MORTAR
Nepal AAC Block Joining Mortar is a high strength premixed mortar for joining of AAC Block, Clay Bricks, red brick, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, and fly ash bricks. It consists of an appropriate mix of Portland cement, graded sand and polymers that provides superior bonding to the bricks and blocks and high strength to the wall. Nepal AAC Block Joining Mortar only requires addition of water before application to prepare the product for use, reducing the hassle of measuring and maintaining various individual elements to create a conventional mortar. It is a perfect substitute for the traditional joining mortar.

Recommended usage:
It is recommended to use 3-5mm of mortar for joining AAC, clay, red, Fly ash – bricks & concrete blocks.

Application Process:
Instructions
- Clean the wall surface to remove oil, grease, paint, loose plaster, or dirt particles.
सिनामा लागेको चिल्लो, तेलीय पदार्थ, रंग, र झुल्लाइएका कणहरू सफा गर्नुहोस्। - If the wall is dry, dampen it by applying water.
यदि भित्ता सुक्खा छ भने पानीले भिजाउनुहोस्। - Prepare the mixture by adding 1 bag (40 kg) of plaster with 6–7 liters of potable water. Mix using a machine or mechanical mixer.
४० केजी प्लास्टरलाई ६–७ लिटर सफा पानीमा मिसाउनुहोस् र मेकानिकल मिक्सर प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। - Leave the mix to rest for 5–10 minutes.
मिश्रणलाई ५–१० मिनेटसम्म छोड्नुहोस्। - Apply cement slurry and roughen the surface for better bonding.
सिमेन्ट स्लरी लगाएर सतहलाई खस्रो बनाउनुहोस्। - Remix the mixture for 5–10 minutes before application. Use within 1 hour.
प्रयोग गर्नु अघि पुनः ५–१० मिनेट मिक्स गर्नुहोस् र १ घण्टा भित्र प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। - Apply the mixture on the wall while the slurry is still wet.
भित्तामा भिजेको अवस्थामा प्लास्टर लगाउनुहोस्। - Level the plaster using proper tools.
उपयुक्त औजार प्रयोग गरी प्लास्टर सम्याउनुहोस्। - After drying, cure the plaster 2–3 times a day for at least 2–3 days (minimum). For second coat, cure for 7 days in abnormal conditions.
सुकिसकेपछि कम्तीमा २–३ दिनसम्म दिनमा २–३ पटक पानी हालेर क्युरिङ गर्नुहोस्। - Create grooves on first coat if second coat is required for better grip.
दोस्रो कोट आवश्यक भए पहिलो कोटमा खस्रो बनाउनुहोस्। - Apply second coat in the same way as the first coat and level it properly.
दोस्रो कोट पनि पहिलो जस्तै लगाएर सम्याउनुहोस्। - After final finishing, continue curing for at least 2–3 times a day for 7 days in harsh weather conditions.
अन्तिम समाप्तिपछि ७ दिनसम्म नियमित क्युरिङ गर्नुहोस्।
